WELCOME TO THE 2009 KART RACING

akrs has moved to a three weekend , six race schedule for 2009, this will allow all racers more free time in the summer and less expensive travel costs.The 2009 Sub-Regulations have been posted as well as the 2009 Schedule.The 2009 season will finish prior to the canadian nationals in August.the CHAMPIONS in each class will have the following prizes.

 1-set of new tire for practice , 1-reimburse for purchase of official nationals race tires,1- entry fee for canadian nationals,1-practice day fee.

All transportation is by competitor, all pit space is by competitor, all tuning is by competitor, there is no cash value and/or prizes to winners who cannot go to the nationals, the prize will be offered to the next highest racer in the points standing

novice racers can race in the minimax class, if no one can participate in the novice class the prize will be 1-set of bridgestone race tires

Transportation,kart rentals,pit spaces are available at extra costs, because timing is tight please do wait until the last minute to decide, as things will book up fast
